The Abbey founder gets $7.15 million for home
Update: Nightclub impresario David Cooley, who started the Abbey Food & Bar in West Hollywood in the early ’90s, has sold a Beverly Hills home for $7.15 million.
The property previously sold in 2007 for $3.95 million, according to public records.
The listing agents were Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills South, and Barry Peele of Sotheby’s International Realty, Beverly Hills. Branden Williams and Rayni Romito of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills, represented the buyer.
